About The Position
OS Expertise: Deep proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 in a virtualized context. Cloud Fluency: Demonstrated experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM), virtual networking, and VM provisioning. VDI Tooling: Proven hands-on experience with Nerdio and FSLogix is strictly required. Automation Skills: Advanced ability to write and maintain PowerShell scripts for enterprise-level automation. Process Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ITIL principles and professional experience using Service-Now. Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Education/Experience: 5+ years of systems engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Azure/VDI environments.
