HOW A AVAILBILITY MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT ● Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams. ● Responsible for overseeing all GDIT provided IT services and ensuring they always remain available to the client. This includes desktops, servers, network, telephony and cloud-based services. Requirements

  • Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/poly
  • US citizenship required
  • Role requirements: Communication, customer service, and problem solving
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Shift: Monday - Friday 2200 to 0600 or Monday - Thursday 2000 to 0600
  • Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
  • This position is mission essential, may include work on holidays when required
