About The Position
We are seeking contract resources to support high-impact AV and virtual care initiatives across multiple hospital locations. This role will provide hands-on support for the Mary Bridge new hospital opening and a virtual sitting platform transition (HelloCare), while also assisting with ongoing operational needs. The ideal candidate is a flexible technical generalist who enjoys onsite work, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and is comfortable supporting both project-based implementations and day-to-day AV and endpoint issues.
Requirements
- Ability to travel locally between hospital sites (within 45 minutes of Tacoma)
- Comfortable working in active clinical and operational environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly with minimal formal training
- Dependable and able to work independently once oriented
