AV Technical Specialist | Full Time

Greenleaf Hospitality GroupKalamazoo, MI

About The Position

We are seeking a highly capable and service-driven AV Technical Specialist to join our Event Technology team. This role is designed for a well-rounded AV professional with a strong emphasis on audio and a concierge-level approach to guest experience. While Kalamazoo Country Club (KCC) will serve as the primary anchor location, this position is structured to support all GHG properties based on event demand, seasonality, and operational needs. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with the understanding that weekly schedules may shift—for example, spending increased time at properties such as Radisson Plaza Hotel during slower periods at KCC. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience in a hospitality-driven environment.
