AV Tech Level 3 / Field Engineer
About The Position
AbelCine is a leading provider of technology, training, and integrated solutions for the production, broadcast, and live event industries. Our team supports clients ranging from major studios and media companies to corporate environments and public-facing experiential installations. We specialize in delivering high-end technical expertise, system design, equipment deployment, and ongoing field support across a wide range of AV, broadcast, and cinema-grade ecosystems. We are seeking four experienced AV Tech Level 3 / Field Engineers to support a build-out installation and ensure ongoing functionality of digital signage and AV systems at a high-visibility public site. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with the equipment listed below, and the ability to operate independently on-site. Technicians will be responsible for verifying system stability, diagnosing and resolving issues-including those triggered by mall power outages-and maintaining reliable performance across all installed platforms and devices. Responsibilities
- Arrive on-site daily to verify all systems are fully operational.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and power-related issues.
- Respond to escalations related to outages or system failures.
- Maintain and document system status, resolutions, and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with remote support teams when needed.
- Ensure uptime, stability, and reliability of all deployed AV hardware
