About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Audiovisual Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex AV projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a strong leader with deep audiovisual knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset. The Audiovisual Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing audiovisual projects
  • Strong understanding of AV technologies and installation processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
  • CTS certification required
  • OSHA 30 required
  • Aerial Lift certification required

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to align on project objectives
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and deployment of audiovisual systems
  • Track project progress and proactively address risks, changes, or delays
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact, providing updates and managing expectations
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver customized AV solutions
  • Lead and mentor project teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project budgets, including expense tracking and time billing
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining quality
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance and drive continuous improvement
