As an A/V Operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the infrastructure that keeps critical A/V systems running smoothly in all offices. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in this critical capacity. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaboration with team members and stakeholders and problem-solving, to address challenges in real-time, requiring a personable approach and strong communication skills. Your ability to adapt to dynamic environments and provide flexibility in your work will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen on US soil
  • 2+ years Experience using and supporting Microsoft Teams
  • 2+ years Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
  • 2+ years Experience supporting Crestron, QSC, Extron, Biamp, and Shure hardware

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with other video conference applications such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • Eagerness to learn new A/V technologies, tools and methodologies
  • Experience with networking technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist A/V users with connecting to and using A/V systems
  • Troubleshooting A/V issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to maintain uptime and performance
  • Move and installing A/V equipment between rooms, ensuring all connections are present and working properly
  • Work with vendors during installations and service calls.
  • Document approved manufacture firmware versions, update procedures, rollback plans, and change logs.
  • Evaluate and test manufacture firmware releases for compatibility, risk, and feature impact prior to deployment to production environment
