The AV Manager will work with the events team to ensure efficient AV operations with high-touch hospitality. This role will operate within the network of support teams (Events, IT/AV, Facilities) and will own the intake, coordination, and execution of AV needs for all events within a specified purview. This role will also manage and oversee the existing AV Technician role. Success Criteria Well organized with outstanding coordination and multitasking ability Advanced knowledge of the elements of live production (audio, video, lighting, staging) and how to integrate these elements together to create a memorable experience Exemplary customer service skills, including client needs assessment, live event quality standards, and evaluation of client satisfaction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable, dependable, and capable of fulfilling obligations with a deep desire to anticipate, engage and satisfy client needs A systematic, high-touch approach to problem-solving Calm, effective delegation skills in a fast-paced, live events setting
