The AV Administrator oversees and supports the deployment of AV systems across a variety of environments. This role operates on projects of all sizes, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality. For initiatives, including new implementations, and upgrades, the position leads and directs project teams, providing clear guidance and support throughout each phase. In addition, this position collaborates with senior staff contributing expertise while also functioning as an effective team member. The position mentors and supports junior staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent service delivery. Overall, this role demands strong leadership, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
