Waynflete School is seeking a thoughtful, organized, and community-minded professional to join our Auxiliary Programs team. The Auxiliary Programs Manager plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Extended Day program, Vacation Camps, and Faculty and Staff Childcare during the school year, and serves as a member of the Summer at Waynflete Leadership Team during the summer months. Schedule & Compensation School Year (Mid August – Mid June): 20-29 hours/week, Monday–Friday; remote work available outside of in-person hours Summer (Mid June – Mid August): Up to 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.; all hours in-person Part-time, exempt position; salary equates to $23-26/hour based on experience With an institutional commitment to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Waynflete seeks candidates who are practicing, and want to further develop, inclusive methods in their teaching, teamwork, and leadership.
