About The Position

Plaza Motors in St. Louis is looking for an experienced Automotive Wholesale Biller to join our busy team. Experience in a dealership setting strongly preferred. Summary: The Wholesale Biller processes wholesale car deals. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying costs for the accounting department and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Requirements

Two+ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skills

Nice To Haves

Automotive Dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions
Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts
Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, etc.
Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
Performs other duties as assigned
Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
