About The Position

As our Automotive Title Clerk, you will play a key administrative role in supporting dealership operations. You'll be responsible for processing vehicle title transfers for all dealership transactions, including some out-of-state titles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, detailed paperwork, and being an essential part of a collaborative office team.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative or office experience (automotive title experience strongly preferred)
  • At least 1 year of dealership title experience (preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Comfort working with accounting software and dealership systems
  • Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of paperwork
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
  • Flexibility and reliability in a professional office setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds systems
