About The Position

Andrews Cadillac is seeking an experienced Warranty Claim Processor to join our Mt. Juliet team . This position focuses primarily on warranty claim processing, with service dispatching responsibilities as needed. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• GM warranty experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Valid Driver’s License required (Service dispatching training provided for qualified candidates.)

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain service records in compliance with company and factory standards
• Verify factory and distributor claim requirements
• Reconcile warranty receivables and promptly resubmit rejected claims
• Follow up on outstanding warranty payments
• Arrange, ship, and track warranty parts returns
• Stay current on factory recalls, bulletins, and updates
• Open and close repair orders
• Ensure repair orders are properly documented, including corrections and labor times
• Review repair orders for completeness and accuracy before closing
• Assist with service dispatching duties as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
