About The Position
Now hiring a Warranty Admin! Armory CJDR Fiat of Albany has an immediate opening for an experienced Warranty Administrator. In accordance with company and manufacturer policies, the Warranty Administrator prepares, submits, and tracks warranty repair orders and claims. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of these items to ensure the Service Department receives proper credit and monies due. Requirements
- Ability to handle a high volume of paperwork/transactions
- Experience preparing, recording, and submitting warranty claims
- Experience Processing warranty claims on a timely basis.
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer proficiency
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Processes all in a timely, thorough, and accurate manner to meet deadlines for submission set by the manufacturer
- Understands and eventually has a working knowledge of the warranty guidelines, rules, and exceptions for each manufacturer to be able to assist the service departments
- Accesses and operates various manufacturers’ computer systems for submission, input, tracking, and warranty manuals and guidelines
- Maintains thorough, legible, and accurate files of all warranty activity in a system that is easily understood and accessible to the warranty manager that is set by the manufacturer’s guidelines and rules for claim documentation
- Supports the service departments by obtaining any missing documentation that prohibits the claim from being processed
