We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Vehicle Detailing Supervisor to lead our detailing team and maintain our high standards.

The Automotive Vehicle Detailing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily detailing operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on detailing expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of professional automotive detailing expereince
• 1+ Year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team
• Ability to work in a past paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience with high end or luxury vehicles
• Knowledge of paint correction, ceramic coatings, and advanced detailing techniques

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the detailing team
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
• Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards before delivery
• Inspect completed work for cleanliness, polish, and overall presentation
• Oversee workflow, scheduling, and task assignments
• Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment
• Enforce safety procedures and proper use of tools and chemical
