Requirements

  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment
  • Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality a must and a friendly demeanor
  • Have excellent Customer Service skills
  • Must have flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs, continuous physical exertion for intermittent periods including walking and/or standing for long periods of time, vision abilities including close/distance, hearing abilities to safely hear and react to machinery, other vehicles etc.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check and we E-Verify.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
  • Controls sales traffic flow and parking
  • Determines if customers coming in for service or sales
  • Obtain proper paperwork for customer and escorts them to the waiting area
  • Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
  • Drives customers to their desired destination and picks them up after their vehicle repairs are complete
  • Uses good judgment and safe driving skills
  • Assists passengers getting in and out of their vehicles
  • Helps to keep the coffee bar area clean and replenished
