About The Position

Join the Steve Moyer Team! Steve Moyer Subaru is seeking a full-time Title Clerk to join our growing family of dealerships. The title clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles using respective state guidelines in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual. Individual will need to have great multitasking skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment - all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and giving the highest customer quality of service. Responsibilities

Accurately process incoming titles and MCO's
Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures.
Processes new and used vehicle registration
Answer customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, duplicates, and payoff issue related issues.
