Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of Automotive Title experience;
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment;
• Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance;
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar;
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor;
• Must be a Notary Public for the State of NC
• All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CDK and CVR online titling system is highly recommended but not required
• Proficient knowledge of NC DMV common forms, rules & regulations for different types of transactions

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration for the state of NC
• Prepare tag and title documents.
• Submit all appropriate documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work.
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
• Processing state title and registration applications
• Resolve titling issues as necessary
• Confirm all information on titles, odometers, and lien information
• Perform other duties as requested
