Other duties may be assigned: Processes all new and used vehicles for registration. Maintain and clean schedules. Answer customer questions and resolve problems or concerns. Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications. Post ACH deposit daily Assists with related special projects as required. Prepare and post all wholesales Call on past due titles Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area. Process all extended warranty and product cancellations.

Requirements

Previous experience
Ability to provide quality customer service

Computer literacy
Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily

Ability to work independently
Must have a valid TX Driver's License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
