Requirements
- Automotive Knowledge a plus
- Well organized with a great attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- New & Preowned Vehicle inventory maintenance, manage Verifi book of registry.
- Preparing and processing all paperwork to title and register all sold vehicles in NY and Out of State.
- Maintain all Used car titles, corresponding with banks for lien releases.
- Perfecting liens and correcting previously incorrect titles.
- Assisting with maintaining assigned schedules (Motor vehicle and Out of State).
- Assist General Manager with miscellaneous tasks
- Assists with various office duties
- Daily deposit reconciliation
