Requirements

A-Level Tech or strong B-Level Tech
Has 5–10 years experience in a professional repair shop
Brings real diagnostic capability, pride in workmanship, and can work independently
Is a self-starter with energy and focus
Can demonstrate technical proficiency (in-person interview includes an ASE-style technical test)
Can rack a car, inspect it, and clearly communicate findings + next steps
