Requirements

  • Has 5–10 years experience in a professional repair shop
  • Brings real diagnostic capability, pride in workmanship, and can work independently
  • Is a self-starter with energy and focus
  • Can demonstrate technical proficiency (in-person interview includes an ASE-style technical test)
  • Can rack a car, inspect it, and clearly communicate findings + next steps
