Requirements

• 2+ years technician experience (mid-level or higher)
• Strong diagnostics—not a parts changer
• Ability to install remote start systems ( REQUIRED )
• Comfortable with: Electronic time sheets, Digital repair orders, Parts ordering systems
• Self-starter mindset— you see it, you solve it
• Consistent, reliable, and production-driven

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
• Install and troubleshoot remote starter systems (REQUIRED)
• Move vehicles efficiently: inspection → estimate → repair → completion
• Order parts correctly and keep jobs advancing—no stalled tickets
• Use electronic time tracking + digital RO system daily
• Follow a structured workflow designed to help you turn more hours
• Maintain quality while producing at a high level
