About The Position
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Technician Trainee in our Express Service department. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry with hands-on training and professional development. What You'll Do As a trainee, you'll learn to perform routine maintenance and light repair services under the guidance of experienced technicians. Your responsibilities will include assisting with oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and basic inspections. You'll gain experience using diagnostic tools, following safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service. This role focuses on quick, high-volume services that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Extensive Growth Opportunities in BOTH Bismarck and Mandan!
Requirements
- Strong interest in automotive work
- Mechanically inclined
- Eager to learn
- Comfortable working with your hands
- Valid driver's license
- Detail-oriented
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
