Core Services Include: Gutter Cleaning & Downspout Clearing Window Washing (Exterior/Interior Glass, Frame Detailing, Hard Water Removal) Dryer Vent Cleaning (Fire Prevention and Efficiency) Power Washing / Pressure Washing (Walkways, Siding, Decks, Driveways) Inspecting/Replacing Smoke Detectors, Flushing Water Heaters, Cleaning AC Coils We're growing quickly, and we’re looking for dependable people who want to grow with us. Our team includes field technicians, gutter techs, pressure washer operators, window washing trainees, and maintenance helpers – many of whom started just like you. HomeSmiles is a single solution to all of our client’s property maintenance needs, including dryer vent cleaning, window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and so much more! Each franchise is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the franchise and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of each franchise. Requirements
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools
- Willing to learn how to clean gutters, wash windows, power wash surfaces, and complete all property maintenance services
- Coachable with a strong attention to safety and quality
- Pleasant demeanor with good communications skills
Responsibilities
- Start your day by prepping and cleaning your HomeSmiles service van, restocking tools and equipment
- Use your mobile tablet to check your route and scheduled appointments
- Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
- Have clients sign Terms & Conditions prior to work
- Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
- Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed
