Requirements
- B-Level Technician Strong diagnostic skills Comfortable with drivability Can handle most jobs independently Wants to keep learning and move toward A-level
- A-Level Technician Confident in advanced diagnostics GM experience is a big plus (not required, but helpful) Can handle complex drivability, engine, and transmission work Team player who can mentor younger techs when needed
