About The Position

Join our Customer Service Team as an Automotive Technical Advisor Intern! This internship offers hands-on experience in providing technical support to customers with either product warranty and/or technical issues. You will troubleshoot and help resolve customer concerns. This position requires an individual who is driven to solve problems, has strong knowledge and ability for technical detail in either gas engines, diesel engines, and/or transmissions. Having worked on vehicles is a plus!

Requirements

• Computer knowledge required
• Pursuing a degree in Automotive Technology (ideal candidate is entering last year or two of college or technical school)
