About The Position

We are seeking an Automotive Systems Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience in diagnostics validation test plan development and automotive protocols. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CANoe and CANalyzer along with a strong background in test and defect management component testing and system testing. This role requires domain skills in auto-verification and validation as well as auto-detailed design. The position is office-based with day shifts and may require travel.

Requirements

  • Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough validation of automotive systems.
  • Execute diagnostics validation to identify and resolve issues in automotive components.

  • Manage test and defect processes to ensure timely resolution and documentation of issues.
  • Conduct component testing to verify the functionality and performance of individual automotive parts.
  • Perform system testing to validate the integration and interaction of various automotive systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and outcomes.
  • Analyze test results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for system improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of testing activities and outcomes for future reference and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automotive testing.
  • Support the development of auto-verification and validation strategies to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Contribute to the detailed design process by providing testing insights and feedback.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the testing team.
