The Subaru Express Technician performs basic maintenance and light repairs on customer vehicles. Requirements

Must have a valid driver license and be able to pass a drug test
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of how automobiles work
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Ability to work efficiently with Express team

Responsibilities

Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, replacing/repairing tires, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers
Evaluate customers' vehicle needs, working quickly and efficiently with the Subaru Express Service Writer
Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicle's condition using the Subaru Express Service inspection form
Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional automotive services
Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations
Contribute to a fun team atmosphere
Master products, services, and company knowledge through Subaru Star-U training programs
We will train you to do alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance services
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
