Automotive Store Stocking & Inventory Associate Salary: starting at $20hr The Opportunity: SASR Workforce Solutions seeks to expand our team by hiring merchandisers nationwide. We are in search of individuals who are reliable, punctual, and possess a collaborative spirit. As a crucial member of the SASR team, you'll be expected to represent us professionally, demonstrate respect towards clients and customers, and work alongside your fellow team members to complete projects on time and within budget. What You’ll Do: Moving and Building Frequent travel required, including distances of 500+ miles Receive and unload incoming shipments of automotive parts, tools, fluids, and accessories Sort, label, and organize products according to store layout and inventory standards Stock shelves, racks, and displays accurately and efficiently Rotate stock and monitor product dates where applicable Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness Conduct inventory counts and report shortages, overages, or damaged product Ensure pricing labels and signage are accurate and up to date Follow safety procedures when lifting, moving, and storing product Assist sales associates by locating products or retrieving items from storage Support store resets, planograms, and seasonal product changes Basic Merchandising Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Basic knowledge of automotive parts or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and organization skills Dependable with good time-management skills Retail automotive store and stockroom setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Care and Safety Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris Occasionally ascend and descend ladders for stocking, fixtures, etc. Create and maintain a safe work environment. Show up each day with understanding and patience: no list can be comprehensive, and sometimes, duties can change as needed, with or without notice.
