Requirements

A proven history of successful Service Manager expertise including but not limited to leadership and coaching
Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Service Technician positions.
Experience with all equipment, gauges, and tools associated with diagnosis, installation, and repair of mechanical services and tire-related services.
Strong service sales and expense control ability.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Possession of a valid in-state driver’s license.
Strong communication and customer service skills with a high level of professional integrity.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
