Requirements

A proven history of successful Automotive Manager expertise, including but not limited to leadership and coaching
Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Service Technician positions.
Strong service/sales experience and a thorough understanding of expense control
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Possession of a valid in-state driver’s license.
Strong communication and customer service skills with a high level of professional integrity.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
