Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes, industry trends, and best practices.
Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using automotive shop management software and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain quality control measures, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement safety protocols, and maintain a safe working environment.
