About The Position

Come join our team at Century West BMW as an Automotive Shop Foreman. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for BMW vehicles and a strong technical background.

Requirements

Must have current BMW Master Level and High Voltage Certifications.
Experience as a lead technician or shop foreman
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ASE Master Technician certification is required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal technician productivity.
Diagnose complex vehicle issues, assist technicians, and provide solutions.
Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure BMW standards are met.
Stay updated on BMW diagnostic tools, software, and repair procedures.
Mentor and train technicians, focusing on skill development and technical expertise.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Communicate effectively with service advisors to address customer concerns.
Provide accurate repair estimates and time frames.
Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Monitor shop equipment and tools, ensuring maintenance and calibration.
Manage workflow to reduce vehicle downtime and optimize shop efficiency.
Assist in scheduling and allocating work based on technician skill sets.
Document repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities accurately.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
