  • Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Schedule service appointments, gather vehicle info, and document issues clearly.
  • Estimates & Updates: Provide accurate parts and labor estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.
  • Process Management: Track parts orders, follow up on repairs, and manage warranty documentation.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver excellent service, clear communication, and ensure customers leave happy every time.
