About The Position

SERVICE WRITER - FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS TOWNE FORD - ORCHARD PARK NY JOIN THE TEAM AT TOWNE AUTOMOTIVE - OUR FORD DEALERSHIP IS BUSY AND LOOKING TO ADD TO OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT Some Automotive Experience is desired - Previous Service Writer Experience a plus. Summary Description: The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work and selling additional needed service to customers. Primary objectives include assuring customer satisfaction and retention, and assuring vehicles are fixed the first visit.

Requirements

• High School diploma or (GED)
• Strong telephone and Communication Skills
• Sales Ability, Knowledge of Automotive Terminology
• Strong knowledge of computers and good keyboarding skills
• Able to work in a fast paced team environment with a wide variety of people
• Valid NYS Drivers License and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Some Automotive Experience is desired
• Previous Service Writer Experience a plus
• Dealership / Advisor experience preferred
