What You’ll Do As a Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections Complete tire repairs, brake services, and light mechanical/electrical work Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and A/C systems Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and accuracy standards What You Bring 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent B-Level technician experience (diagnostics, electrical, engine repair) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to operate diagnostic and repair technology Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong customer service mindset and basic computer skills Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding our team with industry-leading pay and a supportive work environment: Up to $80/hour based on experience and skill level 100% Employer-Paid Medical Insurance (employee only) 401(k) with company support Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid training and ongoing career development Flexible scheduling options State-of-the-art, air-conditioned facilities Access to top-tier technology and tools Employee vehicle purchase plans Monthly employee appreciation events Holiday lunches and team celebrations Our Commitment Krause Auto Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- B-Level technician experience (diagnostics, electrical, engine repair)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate diagnostic and repair technology
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong customer service mindset and basic computer skills
