As a Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- B-Level technician experience (diagnostics, electrical, engine repair)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate diagnostic and repair technology
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong customer service mindset and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
- Complete tire repairs, brake services, and light mechanical/electrical work
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and A/C systems
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and accuracy standards
