Requirements

• Previous automotive repair experience; dealership experience preferred
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer certifications strongly desired
• Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A team-oriented professional who values accountability and customer satisfaction
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance efficiently and accurately in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Execute work clearly outlined on repair orders with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Diagnose the root cause of complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using factory procedures and tooling
• Complete all work in compliance with applicable safety requirements and shop procedures
• Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs meet quality and performance expectations
• Document labor, test results, and completed work accurately using dealership systems
• Maintain and manage your own set of professional-grade technician tools
