Requirements

3+ years of automotive technician experience (Subaru experience preferred)
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Own tools required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player with strong communication skills
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles and other makes
Accurately document services and repairs in repair orders
Conduct multi-point inspections and provide repair recommendations
Maintain efficiency and productivity standards
Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Stay current with manufacturer training and technical bulletins
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
