Requirements

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician, auto mechanic, or service technician
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Dependable professional and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Ford technician experience preferred but not required
  • ASE certifications are a plus
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings
  • Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Communicate repair needs with service advisors and team members
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and workstation
  • Stay current with automotive technology repair procedures and training
  • Deliver high-quality automotive service to ensure customer satisfaction
