Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, auto mechanic, or service technician
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Dependable professional and detail-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Ford technician experience preferred but not required
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance accurately and efficiently
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Communicate repair needs with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and workstation
- Stay current with automotive technology repair procedures and training
- Deliver high-quality automotive service to ensure customer satisfaction
