Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson Work cooperatively with the Service and Parts Department teams. Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Assist in scheduling customers for service appointments. Assist with making out going to schedule customers that have services due or missed appointments.

Requirements

  • Previous call center or switchboard experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing and positive demeanor
  • Professional presentation
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
  • Fast Paced Environment
  • A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
  • A professional appearance
