We are looking for a professional, high-energy Service Porter to join our team and help us maintain a world-class environment for our guests and our staff. Al Piemonte Lincoln is seeking a Service Porter/Valet to support our busy service department. In this role, you are a key member of the hospitality team. You are responsible for greeting guests, managing vehicle flow on the service drive, and ensuring that every Lincoln vehicle is handled with the utmost care. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone who is dependable, enjoys staying active, and wants to grow within a premier luxury automotive group.
Requirements
- Professional, well-groomed appearance consistent with a luxury brand
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, "can-do" attitude
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Highly dependable with a strong track record of punctuality
- Ability to remain active and on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to commute to Bradenton, FL required
- In-person position
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is strictly required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet service guests promptly and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor
- Move vehicles safely and efficiently from the service drive to designated parking areas
- Retrieve vehicles for customers quickly and professionally upon completion of service
- Install protective seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats in guest vehicles
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking lots
- Assist with local vehicle pickups and deliveries for our Lincoln Pickup & Delivery program
- Perform basic "concierge" duties, such as ensuring the guest lounge is tidy and stocked
- Run vehicles through the automated car wash as needed
