What You’ll Do: On-Site Service: Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake service) and light repairs at customer locations. Advanced Diagnostics: Use Ford-specific diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues. Recall & Software Support: Execute manufacturer recalls and perform critical vehicle software updates remotely. Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, explaining services clearly and building trust with every visit. Van Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile service unit.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Ford or Lincoln experience is a major plus).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
  • Strong diagnostic abilities, technical proficiency with tablets/handheld tools, and excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50–100 lbs
  • A self-motivated "start-up" mentality with a passion for providing world-class customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications (A1–A9) or Ford STST credentials are highly preferred.
