Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven success in Automotive Service Management with consistent career progression and exceptional customer satisfaction scores
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • A deep understanding of dealership operations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A desire to relocate to the Delaware or Eastern Shore region for a relaxed lifestyle near the beach
