As a Service Manager with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the leader who sets the tone for both guest experience and business performance. You are the primary guide for our guests as they make important decisions about their vehicles, and the driving force behind a well-led, profitable, and people-focused operation. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the shop, balancing sales growth, profitability, ethical service, and team development. The Service Manager leads by example, develops talent, manages workflows, and ensures that every guest interaction reflects honesty, professionalism, and care. All office and shop personnel report directly to the Service Manager.
