Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar role within a dealership or automotive service center.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with service management software and dealership systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and department efficiency
Supervise and coach service technicians and advisors to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer care
Coordinate with parts and sales departments to optimize service delivery and inventory management
Develop and implement service policies, procedures, and performance standards
Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally
Monitor service department budget, including labor costs, parts inventory, and equipment maintenance
Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and safety standards
