Cecil Atkission CDJR Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service. Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Provide highest quality service for the customer, yet control costs and manage inventory. Establish and maintain all managerial tools necessary to achieve strong and consistent profitability. Apply leadership skills to enable technician and service advisor employees to achieve the most success they can in a positive environment of team work. Hire, train, and support the best candidates available. Develop strong relationship with the manufacturer and their representatives. Comply with their policies and requirements. Administer warranty claims for accuracy and timely collection. Comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations. Includes hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, workers comp, and other safety regulations. Co-ordinate with, and support, the automotive group’s management team.
