Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store or Service Manager
Strong general automotive knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Leading and directing all service department activities
Managing and training automotive service technicians
Providing outstanding customer service, including:
Consulting with customers
Communicating service updates and estimated completion times
Explaining recommended services and pricing
Overseeing complete vehicle inspections and building detailed repair orders
Sourcing parts and promoting service specials
Supervising up to 10 employees
Ensuring accurate diagnostics and repairs for domestic, European, and Asian vehicles
Maintaining proper inventory levels
Keeping the facility clean, organized, and professional
Performing other duties as assigned
