About The Position

Bristol Honda is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Automotive Service Greeter to serve as the first point of contact for our service customers. This role is essential in delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining efficient service drive operations, and supporting the service advisor team. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and committed to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required; automotive experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
  • Basic computer or tablet skills preferred
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to move safely around vehicles, including bending and reaching
  • Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays based on service department hours

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience required; automotive experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Direct customers to service advisors and waiting areas as needed
  • Assist with initial vehicle intake and gather basic customer and vehicle information
  • Help manage traffic flow in the service drive to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Answer general questions regarding the service process and dealership amenities
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area
  • Ensure customers feel welcomed, informed, and valued throughout their visit
  • Follow all dealership policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
